The Ying Yang of Painting wants to ensure a productive experience when you order from us. Accordingly, we’ve detailed common shipping-related issues that customers want to know.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on its way.
FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
We offer a flat-rate shipping for our products that allows orders to be tracked. Our worldwide partner facilities help keep shipping rates reasonable. Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 days using a tracked shipment service. We try to group your items to minimize the shipping costs. Currently, we ship to +100 countries and are adding more countries all the time. If you do not see your country please contact us through the contact form and let us know what products you are interested in ordering. We might be able to offer a solution.
IMPORT DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. The Yin Yang of Painting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. As the customer, they are your responsibility.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that the products offered on The Ying Yang of Painting are made to order. Accordingly, we are unable to offer refunds once you place your order. While we don’t offer refunds, we understand things happen and that some products might become damaged while in transit. If that occurs, we are happy to replace your item. You’ll need to contact us at info@theyinyangofpainting.com within 48 hours of receipt of your package, provide a picture of the package, the damaged product, and your order number. Once we receive the information, we will contact you within 7-10 days with next steps.
